  TT1: EOP/SOP sounding of the atmosphere

  TT2a: The surface Flux network

  TT2b: EOP/LOP Aerosols Monitoring and Radiation

  TT3: EOP integrative studies on the Gourma meso-scale site (Mali)

  TT4: Surface processes on Niger site

  TT5: EOP integrative studies on the Ouémé meso-scale site (Benin)

  TT6: Oceanic campaigns and measurements from open ocean

• Presentation of TT7 and TT8 : 45 min per TT : Jacques Pelon and Doug Parker

14:00 – 18:30 : Parallel meeting of the disciplinary groups to review the plans of the various TTs. The outcome of these sessions should be an evaluation of the concordance of the implementation plan and the scientific objectives of the disciplinary groups.

08:30 – 10:30 : Plenary review of the outcome of the 2 previous parallel sessions.

10:45 – 12:30 : Plenary presentation of the Tools & Methods groups to inform all participants of ongoing and planned activities.

14:00 - 18:30 : Parallel meetings to strengthen the interactions between the disciplinary groups. These groups have also some specific requirements to the observations and Tools & Methods which they need to be compared to the Implementation Plan.

• Interactions between Atmosphere (including convection) and Chemistry/Aerosols : Serge Janicot and Kathy Law
• Land Surface: Merging efforts on surface processes, remote sensing, modeling and data base in focusing on African Land Data Assimilation (ALDAS) : Patricia de Rosnay and Aaron Boone with the help of Eric Mougin, Michel Desbois, Laurence Eymard and Michel Hoepffner

14:30 – 18:30 : These parallel sessions of the disciplinary groups are dedicated to review the needs in terms of modeling, remote sensing and database. Their outcome should be recommendations for the Tools & Methods groups.

Friday 23rd September
