RICAMARE DIRECTORY

That section is divided into two parts:

1)    The directory of people who attended the four RICAMARE Workshops and the five Ricamare courses.

Workshop 1 : Land use/cover change and water
Workshop 2 : Global change, biodiversity and conservation
Workshop 3 :Integrated assessment of the costs of global change impacts in the Mediterranean
Workshop 4: Development of a concerted data assessment, assimilation and validation for the Mediterranean

1 - A course on "Climatic Changes : Effects on Agrculture in the Mediterranean Basin"
2 - A course on " Biodiversity in the Mediterranean Region: Evaluation, Threats and Strategies for its Conservation and Sustainable Use in the Face of Global Change "
3 - A course on the "Water resources and global change in the Mediterranean"
4 - A course on "Climate Changes in the Mediterranean Region"
5 - A course on "Socio-economic Effects of Climate Change in the Mediterranean Region"

2)    The RICAMARE interactive directory itself, bringing together people willing to be involved in the RICAMARE network and long-term action plan.

The On-Line system access to the RICAMARE directory allows:

• retrieve network members according to some keywords
• to register oneself into the directory

This system is similar (but more focused) to the access to the MEDIAS directory.
