A REgional network

RICAMARE (1999-2001) is a concerted action financed by the European Commission as part of ENRICH (European Network for Research Into global CHange) with support from START and other national donors.

The post-RICAMARE action plan is a follow-on initiative endorsed by the RICAMARE Steering Committee, developed by the RICAMARE network members in line wih the RICAMARE conclusions and recommendations,  and co-ordinated by MEDIAS-FRANCE in close connection with the European Commission and START.
